TUNING RADIO STATIONS

Press the Power button to turn the unit on; the STANDBY indicator will turn off.

Press the TUNER/BAND button on the remote control to select the Radio mode.

Note: You can also press the SOURCE button on the main unit until the display shows an AM or FM reception.

Press the CLOCK button to show the time in the display and press again to show the frequency.

Press the TUNER/BAND button on the remote or the BAND button on the main unit to select the desired band (AM or FM).

Manually tune a station using the Navigation /Search button and/or Navigation /Search button. Whenma strong 1FM station is received,® the FM lStereo indicator2 will light.

To automatically tune a station, press and hold the Navigation /Search button and/or Navigation /Search button . form approximately1 one second; the unit® will lautomatically2 tune in the next strong broadcasting station. When a strong FM station is received,

the FM Stereo indicator will light.

Adjust the volume as desired using the VOLUME Up and Down buttons. Repeatedly press the EQ/BASS button1

to select2 one of the EQ settings (Flat, Classic, Rock, Jazz3 or Pop) or press and hold to turn Bass Boost On or Off.
