Cause and Solution

 

 

Cannot perform LED module mapping

The LED module connector cable for this product must be connected using a DVI dual-link cable.

 

 

Cannot perform command communication

• The USB/RS-485 adapter will be detected as a COM port by the PC. Check the COM port number of the connected

 

adapter.

 

• The 4th and 5th pins of the RJ-45 cable are used for communication. Check to ensure that the 4th and 5th pins of

 

your LAN cable are connected properly.

 

• Be sure to only use a straight-type LAN cable. Check to ensure that you are not using a crossover LAN cable.

 

 

No image signal is displayed

The image signal is only compatible with 1024x768 @60Hz. Check the resolution of the input signal.

 

 

The DVI Input Light is flashing

If the resolution of the signal being input to the DVI input terminal is anything other than 1024x768, this light

 

will flash.

 

Use an input signal with a resolution of 1024x768 @60Hz.
