Nous tenons à rappeler à l’attention des installateurs de télécâble l’article 820-40 du NEC qui prescrit les lignes direc- trices pour effectuer une mise à la terre correcte et qui prescrit en particulier que la mise à la masse du câble doit être branchée sur le système de mise à la terre de l’immeuble près du point d’entrée du câble.

REMARQUE :

Avant de brancher l’antenne sur le jack entrée ANT de l’appareil de TÉLÉ/DVD, contrôlez si la broche n’est pas pliée. Si elle est pliée, redressez-la de la façon illus- trée, puis branchez-la dans le jack d’entrée ANT de l’appareil de TÉLÉ/DVD.

ANTENNE COMBINÉE VHF/UHF

L’antenne tige VHF/UHF (fournie) est détachable. Insérez le pied de l’antenne dans le trou sur la partie supérieure arrière de l’appareil de TÉLÉ/DVD. Raccordez l’antenne tige VHF/UHF ou l’antenne combinée VHF/UHF à la borne ANT. de l’appareil de TÉLÉ/DVD comme indiqué sur l’illustration ci- dessus. Pour obtenir la meilleure réception, étendez complètement l’antenne tige VHF/UHF et effectuez les réglages requis. (Evitez de touchez la section supérieure au réglage.)

Dans certains endroits vous devez utiliser une antenne extérieure.

CÂBLE SANS CONVERTISSEUR/DÉSEMBROUILLEUR

Utilisez cette connexion si votre réseau câblé se con- necte directement sur votre apapreil de TÉLÉ/DVD sans convertisseur. Utilisez la télécommande de l’ap- pareil TÉLÉ/DVD pour sélectionner les chaînes.

CÂBLE AVEC CONVERTISSEUR/DÉSEMBROUILLEU R OU BOÎTIER SATELLITE

Si votre service câblé vous fournit un convertisseur ou si vous utilisez un système par satellite, vous pou- vez utiliser la connexion de base illustrée ici. Effectuez la sélection de la chaîne avec le convertis- seur ou le boîtier satellite. Cela veut dire que vous ne pouvez pas changer de chaîne avec la télécommande TÉLÉ/DVD.
