Obtain a Dynamic Domain Name
Registering with a Dynamic Domain Name Service (DDNS)
If you do not already have a fixed IP address, you will need to register with a dynamic DNS service such as Dynamic Network Services Inc., a provider of dynamic DNS and other network services. You can register with www.dyndns.org, as described below.
