Front Panel

DVD EJECT ( Z ) Opens or closes the disc tray to load

or unload discs.

Remote Sensor

Point the remote control here.

Disc Tray (DVD deck)

Insert a disc here.

Display window

Shows the current status of the DVD+VCR.

Video Cassette Compartment (VCR deck)

Insert a video cassette here.

VCR EJECT ( Z )

Ejects the tape in the VCR deck.

						DVD/VCR
			Toggles control between the
		DVD deck and the VCR deck.
	CH (v/V)
	To scan up or down							REC
	through memorized
				To record normally or to
	channels.
					activate One-Touch
TV VIEW							Recording.

Changes the view on your television among all the DVD+VCR input sources: DVD, VCR, Tuner, Line 1, and Line 2.

PAUSE ( ; )

Pause playback or recording temporarily / press repeatedly for frame-by- frame playback.

STOP ( x )

Stops playback.

FF( M )

DVD: Go to NEXT chapter/track. Press and hold for two sec- onds for fast-forward search.

COPY

Press to copy a DVD in the DVD deck to a VHS tape in the VCR deck (see page 25).

VIDEO IN/AUDIO IN (Left/Right)

Connect the audio/video output of an external source (Audio system, TV/Monitor, Another VCR).

REW ( m ) DVD: Go to beginning of current chapter/track or to previous chapter/track.

Press and hold for fast reverse search.

VCR: Rewinds the tape during STOP mode or for fast reverse picture search.

VCR: Advances the tape during STOP mode or for fast for- ward picture search.

PLAY

Plays back a recorded tape.

POWER

Turns the DVD+VCR ON and OFF.

Child Lock

The Child Lock feature disables the front panel keys to prevent children from tampering with the DVD+VCR. Simply press CHILD LOCK on the remote control to toggle this feature on and off.
