Mode set

You can change various mode setting on the Mode Set screen by following procedure described below.

Access the Mode Set screen.

Press MENU.

		O.S.D.	ON
Select the mode.		B.E.S.T.	ON
Select the mode.		RF OUT	B/G
Press R/T to move the pointer to the item you want to change.		[MENU] : EXIT
		[MENU] : EXIT

Select the mode setting.

Press Y/U.

Return to the normal screen.

Press MENU.

*The default setting is bold in the table below.

8 O.S.D.	When the function is set to “ON”, various operational
ON	indicators appear on the TV screen.
OFF	NOTE:
	NOTE:
	When you use this video cassette player as the source player for
	editing, be sure to set “O.S.D.” to “OFF ” before starting.

8 B.E.S.T.	You can set the B.E.S.T. (Biconditional Equalized Signal
ON	Tracking) system to “ON ” or “OFF ”. (See “B.E.S.T. picture
OFF	system” ( pg. 13))

8 RF OUT	Set appropriate TV system that matches the system of TV being

Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand,
Malaysia, Iran, Saudi Arabia.
D/K: Egypt, Morocco, Lebanon, Iraq,
China, Mongolia, Russia.
