Title List and Chapter List

The “Title List“ Menu

Video +RW

All recorded titles are displayed in the title list, titles can be deleted and other changes can be made to the original content of the disc. Titles can be played directly from the “Title List“ menu. The DVD recorder must not be in play mode when edit- ing using the “Title List“ menu.

Play: Starts playing the selected title with-

 

out hidden chapters.

Play all: Starts playing the selected title

 

including the hidden chapters.

Chapter list: Changes to the “Chapter

 

List“ menu for the selected title.

Delete: Deletes the selected title

 

(see page 54).

Protect: Prevents inadvertent overwriting,

 

changing or deleting of a title

Note: Press to display more detailed infor- mation about the selected title.

Caution: If you press in the “Title List“ menu, the selected title will be deleted and record- ing begins (see page 54 for further information).

Using the “Chapter List“ Menu

1. Press DISC-M/ for the “Title List“ menu.

2. Use

to select the desired title and

press OK. The options are displayed on the left

side of the menu.

 

4.To display the chapter list options, select the desired chapter and press OK.

5. Use

to select an option, and press OK

to confirm.

Play: Starts playing the selected chapter.

Title list: Changes to the chapter “Title List“ menu (see left side of this page).

Combine: Combines two chapters into one (see page 56).

Hide: If you play a higher-level title, the selected chapter will not be played (if you select the function again, the selected chapter is played (see page 57)).

6.Press repeatedly to quit the “Chapter List“ menu.
