Viewing Mail
DIRECTV uses the MAIL feature to send you important information, inform you of special events, and tell you about special offers.When you receive a new message, a New Mail icon appears at the top of all menus until you read the message. Highlight and SELECT the View Mail tab from the MAIN MENU.

Using Caller ID
Message – SELECT the Messages button. Use the 
paddle or directional arrow buttons to navigate though messages.
