Viewing Mail
Using Caller ID
DIRECTV uses the MAIL feature to send you important information, inform you of special events, and tell you about special offers.When you receive a new message, a New Mail icon appears at the top of all menus until you read the message. Highlight and SELECT the View Mail tab from the MAIN MENU.

Message – Cycle through multiple messages. SELECT the Messages button. Use the 
S
joystick to navigate messages.
Page – Use the CHANNEL(CH) button to cycle through
Erase – Permanently remove a message. Messages are automatically deleted as they become outdated or if space is needed for newer incoming messages.
Your DIRECTV® Receiver shows you the name, time, and telephone number of recent calls on your TV as shown in the figure below.
