Playing DVDs

Using Bookmarks

The bookmark feature lets you mark a point on the disc that you can go to quickly. You can store up to nine bookmarks per disc. When you turn the player off or remove the disc, bookmarks are cleared.

Storing a Bookmark

1.While a disc is playing, press MARKER on the remote (the bookmark display appears).

Note: You can also bring up the Marker display by pressing the INFO button on the remote and selecting the Bookmark icon from the info display.

2.An available unmarked icon will be highlighted (in the Mark row).

3.When you reach the scene you want to mark, press OK. The highlighted Mark box and the Go To box above it will be checked and the point is marked.

4.To mark more points, use the arrow buttons to highlight an empty Mark box and repeat step 3 above.

5.Press CLEAR to remove the display from the screen.

Using a Bookmark

1.While you’re playing a disc, press MARKER on the remote (the bookmark display appears).

3.Use the arrow buttons to highlight the bookmark you want to activate (in the Go To row).

4.Press OK to activate the bookmark and go to that point on the disc.

5.Press CLEAR to remove the display from the screen.

Time indicator

This feature displays the audio/video time. For DVD discs, the time displayed refers to the current title time. For Audio CDs and MP3 discs, it refers to the current track time.

The Repeat Feature

The default mode for the Repeat feature is Off. There are five Repeat options:

All Discs – Repeats all discs in the player

One Disc – repeats the disc that is playing

Title – repeats the title that is playing

Chapter – repeats the chapter that is playing

A•B – Set the beginning (point A) and the end (point B) of a segment to make this part of the movie or CD play repeatedly.
