Troubleshooting

The table below provides a list of the possible problems that can occur and the solutions. Please refer to this table before contacting the after-sales department.

If you are unable to resolve the problem using the instructions provided below, set the main switch to “0” and unplug the power cable from the mains socket.Then contact the after-sales department.

If the ambient or internal temperature rises above a certain value, first of all, the warning window on the left-hand side of the screen will appear. As a result, the TV set may automatically switch to standby mode. Make sure sufficient ventilation is provided!
