Your VCR displays most information both on the VCR and television.

You can choose to display or hide this information on the television screen (except for the Index, Timer Programming function, which cannot be hidden).

1Press MENU on the remote control.

Result: The programming menu is displayed.

2Press the corresponding or buttons, until the cursor is placed in front of the USER SET option.

3Press the button to select this option. Result: The USER SET1 menu is displayed.

4Press the corresponding or buttons, until the cursor is placed in front of the OSD option.

You can select the Tuning System if your living country is different from the selected country in Plug and Initial Setting (see page 13).

1Press MENU on the remote control.

Result: The programming menu is displayed.

2Press the corresponding or buttons, until the cursor is placed in front of the INSTALLATION option.

3Press the button to select this option.

Result: The INSTALLATION menu is displayed.

4Press the corresponding or buttons, until the cursor is placed in front of the COUNTRY option.

5Press the button to select your country region. (Ex.: EUROPE).

6Press the button to select your country. (Ex.: U.K.)

7On completion, press OK to memory.

If your country does not exist in the country list, then select OTHERS.

If your living country is same the selected country in Plug and Initial Setting (see page 13), then you need not select Tuning System.
