– adjusts the display brightness

AUDIO DIRECT

switches video output on and off during audio disc playback

SOUND MODE

selects the required sound mode

for SA-CD: CD, Stereo, or Multi- channel (if available)

for DVD/VCD: Stereo, Dolby Surround compatible, 3D sound, or Multi-channel

PAGE

turns pages of the DVD-Audio still pictures

TITLE/CHAP

– selects title or chapter

STATUS

displays current playback information on the front panel display and on the status window on screen

ON SCREEN

accesses or removes the player’s On- screen menu

STOP (s)

– stops playback

PLAY (h)

– starts playback

PAUSE (e)

pauses playback temporarily/ frame-by-frame playback

MUTE

– disables or enables sound output

REPEAT

– repeats chapter, track, title, disc, etc.

– repeats a specific segment

SHUFFLE

– plays tracks/chapter in random order

SCAN

plays the first 10 seconds of each track/chapter within a disc
