ANTENNA CONNECTIONS

If you are using an indoor or outdoor antenna (outdoor antenna not included), follow the instructions below that correspond to your antenna system. If you are using a cable TV service (CATV), see page 13 for Cable TV connections.

300-75 ohm Matching Transformer

Connect the 75 ohm cable from the combination VHF/ UHF antenna to the Antenna Jack.

If your combination VHF/UHF antenna has a 300 ohm Twin-lead Wire, the use of the 300-75 ohm Matching Transformer (not supplied) may be necessary.

Connect the UHF 300 ohm Twin-lead Wire to the Combiner (not supplied). Connect the VHF 300 ohm Twin-lead Wire to the 300-75 ohm Matching Transformer (not supplied). Attach the Transformer to the combiner, then attach the Combiner to the Antenna Jack.
