Using the TV’s Features

Resetting audio adjustments

The RESET function returns the audio adjustments to the following factory settings:

Bass	center (50)
Treble	center (50)
Balance	center (0)

To reset the audio adjustments:

1.Press MENU, and then press x or • until the AUDIO menu appears.

2.Press y or z to highlight RESET.

3.Press x or •. The menu displays “DONE.”

Using the sub-bass system (SBS)

The sub-bass system allows you to enhance bass performance, even when the sound volume is low.

To turn on the SBS:

1.Press MENU, and then press x or • until the AUDIO menu appears.

2.Press y or z to highlight SBS.

3.Press x or • to highlight ON.

To adjust the SBS level:

To turn off the SBS:

Highlight OFF in step 3 above.

The SBS signal does not pass through the “Variable Audio OUT” jacks (see “Connecting an audio system” on page 11); however, the AUDIO menu will appear when the buttons are pressed.
