Introduction

Welcome to Toshiba

Congratulations! You have purchased one of the finest projection TVs on the market. The goal of this manual is to guide you through setting up and operating your Toshiba TV as quickly as possible.

This manual applies to models 51H85C, 57H85C, and 65H85C. Before you start reading, check the model and serial numbers on the back of your TV. Write these numbers in the space provided on the front cover of this manual for your records.

Instructions in this manual are based on using the remote control. You also can use the controls on the TV if they have the same name as those on the remote control.

Please read all the safety and operating instructions carefully, and keep the manual for future reference.

Please push TouchFocus

button after setup

Convergence may drift as a result of relocating or adjusting the position of the TV. The TV automatically adjusts color convergence by using the TouchFocus® system. After setting up your TV, it is recommended that you set the convergence by pressing TouchFocus on the front panel . For instructions on manually adjusting the color convergence, see page 27.
