3Press ￿ and ￿ to select the channel, names of the program being broadcast will appear, press ￿, then ￿ and ￿ to select a particular program.

4When the extended program information is received for selected program, it will appear in the Contents box. If the selected program is also the “NOW” program, the preview window will appear to the right of the extended program information.

5Press the Yellow and Blue button to change the day. Up to seven days from today can be selected.

6Confirm the program, then press the Red button to display the Timer Setting menu.

If you have locked channel or activating Parental Rate, enter the password when prompted.

Password

In Digital TV, channels and programs can be locked to prevent viewing of unsuitable films and programs. These can only accessed with a password. Default password is 0000.

Setting the Password

1Press M, then press ￿ or ￿ to select the SYSTEM menu.

2Press ￿ or ￿ to select Password, then press Q.

Select the Password Status

This option allows you to enable or disable the password.

1From the Password menu, press ￿ or ￿ to select

Password Status.

2Press ￿ or ￿ to select Enabled or Disabled.

When status is set to Disabled, you will not be prompted for password for all menus and channels (except Password menu itself). All currently locked status and parental rate will be reset to default if you disable the password.
