Chapter 7: Using the TV Guide On Screen interactive program guide

PROMOTIONS menu

The PROMOTIONS menu displays a list of the promotions that appear in the panel ad window, along with TV Guide On Screen features and tips.

To open the PROMOTIONS menu:

1.Press GUIDE to open the TV Guide On Screen system.

2.Press MENU to select the Menu Bar.

3.Use the x • buttons to select the PROMOTIONS menu.

4.Use the yz buttons to highlight an item, and then press INFO to display the item.

To closed an expanded promotion INFO window:

Press the • button.

The MESSAGES menu displays a list of messages containing consumer information sent to you by the TV Guide On Screen service.

To open the MESSAGES menu:

1.Press GUIDE to open the TV Guide On Screen system.

2.Press MENU to select the Menu Bar.

3.Use the x • buttons to select the MESSAGES menu.

4.Use the yz buttons to highlight a message, and then press ENTER to open the message.
