Playing back JPEGs

You can play JPEG images on a CD-R or CD-RW which you recorded the images from digital camera using a PC, etc.

Various Playback

Slide show

1Press PLAY in the thumbnail display. The

slide show starts.

The images change every 10 seconds.

2Press PAUSE to stop the slide show at the image you want to see is displayed.

If you want to see the images one by one, press DOWN/UP 4/¢ to select the image. To resume the slide show, press PLAY £.

You can switch between 3 types of display by pressing

TOP MENU.

Thumbnail display

Directory and track display

You can use ANGLE to select either tracks or directories.

Directory display

Note

The maximum resolution is 1600 1200 pixels.

The display size is zoomed to fit in the TV screen.

The maximum number of images is 999.

Displaying the information about the image

Press SUBTITLE to display the information about the image during slide show.

Current track name

/Folder name/.../Track name

Current track number/Total track number

Selecting the image you want to play directly

Use the number buttons to enter the image number you want to see directly.

The selected image appears.

3 Press STOP to stop the slide show. The thumbnail view appears.

When the playback stops at the last image, press TOP MENU to display the thumbnail view.

Note

You can change the playback time and playback pattern using the main menu. See page 35.

Viewing the images one by one

1In the thumbnail view, press 5/a to select the image you want to see, then press ENTER.

2To see the next image, press UP ¢.

To see the previous image, press DOWN

3To return to the thumbnail view, press TOP MENU.

To change to slide show while viewing the images one by one, press PLAY £.

• Rotating the image

When viewing the images one by one, press ANGLE or FR/FF 1/¡ to rotate the images.

The image rotate 90° 180° 270°

 

This function is canceled when you open the disc tray or when

the player turns into the stand-by mode.
