High definition broadcast copyright limitations

Due to copyright restrictions, you may not be able to view some high definition programs in high definition format using this product. (Also, whenever possible you should connect both HD and SD interfaces to permit SD viewing of programs if HD viewing is restricted due to copyright restrictions.)

Owner's Record

The model number, serial numbers, Access Card Number and Receiver ID are located on the rear panel of the DIRECTV® HD Receiver. The number for the Access Card is on the back of the card and on the carton label. Record these numbers for reference when calling your sales or service representative regarding this product.
