Ideal Speaker Placement

Front Speakers

Place the speakers so that the tweeters of the front speakers are at the same height as the listener’s ears and at the 45-degree angle from where the listener is seated.

Center Speaker

Although, ideally, it should be at the same height as the front speakers, you can also place it on or below the TV set.

Rear Speakers

Place the speakers behind the listener at a certain distance away so that they are placed 23.6 inch – 35.4 inch higher than the listener’s ears and face downwards. If you do not have enough space in the room and have to sit with your back close to the wall, place the left and right rear speakers so that they face each other.

Subwoofer Speaker

The subwoofer speaker does not require special attention in its placement. Place the speaker anywhere you like.
