Setting Up the Rating Level

The rating level feature works in conjunction with DVDs that have been assigned a rating level, and helps you to control the types of DVDs that your family watches.

1.Press the SETUP button on the remote control.

Select RATING from the Setup menu.

2.Use the arrows on the remote to highlight “RATING” and then press SELECT.

Use arrows to set the rating level.

3.Use the arrows to select your preferred level, and then press SELECT to set the rating.

Enter a 4-digit password to lock the rating level.

If the Rating Level Feature

Doesn’t Work...

In order for the Rating Level feature to work, the disc must be encoded with the proper rating information. If the maker of the disc did not encode rating information, then this feature will not work properly.
