Menu Overview

Main Menu

To access the Main Menu, press the MENU button on the remote control or the MENU button on the front panel. The Main Menu contains five choices: Guide, Profiles, Options, Setup and Extras.

1 Guide

The full-screen program GUIDE contains detailed programming information from DIRECTV.

The GUIDE displays all channels and programs on DIRECTV, sorted by time and channel number. It also provides access to detailed information for each channel and program (if available).

2 Profiles

PROFILES enables you to create and edit favorite channel lists for you or your family. The Profiles menu also allows you to set program rating limits and Pay Per View spending limits. Any restrictions set for the "Family" option will only take effect after the system is locked.

3	Options
	OPTIONS allows you to customize the look and feel of the on-screen
	displays (such as adjusting Screen Color and Translucency). The OPTIONS
	menu also contains a Timers feature for scheduling programs, a Mail Box
	for receiving messages from your service provider, menus to Review
	Purchases, a portal to DIRECTV INTERACTIVETM, and an option
	to select the preferred default Audio.

4 Setup

SETUP helps you properly install your satellite dish antenna and adjust the satellite receiver's connection to your TV set. From this menu, you can also test your system and view the system features. Other submenus enable you to replace your access card and check future/past software upgrades.

5 Extras

EXTRAS contains an electronic calendar and a daily biorhythm chart.
