The TV's clock will not be set until you tune you:r TV to a channel

that broadcasts the time via Extended Data Services (XDS). If your TV loses power, you will need to tune to that channel again to reset your clock. Most PBS stations broadcast the time setting signal.

If you set "Daylight savings" to "On", your TV will adjust the clock by one hour when daylight savings time begins and ends. This automatic feature only works when your TV ha,_ selected a c]_annel that sends the XDS time setting signal.
