On-Screen Display Overview

Angle

Shows the current angle number and total number of angles, and changes the angle number.

1Press [INFO] twice during playback. The on-screen display appears on the TV screen.

2Use […†] to select the ‘Angle‘ line on the on- screen display.

3Use [œ/] to change the angle numbers.

PBC

Shows the current PBC status, and changes the setting.

PBC is PlayBack Control used for VCD, SVCD, and some DVDs.

Changing TV Channels

If no disc is playing, you can change TV channels using the number [0-9] buttons or [CH+/–] buttons on the remote control or [CH+/–] buttons on the front panel.

External Input selection

If you want to watch through external input such as AV1, AV2, AVF or DV, press [INPUT] button on the remote control.

You can toggle in the order of AV1AV2

AVF (or S-Video) DV TV AV1....

Angle and PBC appears in the navigator according to the type of media.

Subtitle

Shows the current subtitle language, and changes the setting.

1Press [INFO] twice during playback. The on-screen display appears on the TV screen.

2Use […†] to select the ‘Subtitle‘ line on the on- screen display.

3Use […†] to select the desired subtitle language.

Elapsed time/ Search To Time

Shows the elapsed playing time, and skips to the desired time.

1Press [INFO] twice during playback. The on-screen display appears on the TV screen.

2Use […†] to select the ‘Search To Time’ line on the on-screen display. You can see the elapsed playing time.

3Press [OK] to modify the time. Use […†] to change the time and use [œ√] to move left or right.

4Press [OK] to confirm the start time. Playback starts from the selected time on the disc.

For titles recorded without DVD navigation information, such as recorded from broadcast programmes or line input, ‘Elapsed time/ Search To Time’ function is not available.

Volume Control

You can control volume level using [vol+/vol-] button on the remote control .

The DVB-T HDD/DVD Recorder supports 11 level volume control (MUTE~10).
