enables or disables bass enhancement.

selects different types of preset sound equalizer settings (CLASSIC, POP, ROCK or JAZZ).

fast searches backward/forward in a disc at different speeds.

switches the system on or to standby mode.

starts or interrupts disc playback

selects the respective sound source: DVD or AUX.
