SMART HELP

DVD MODE - MENU FUNCTIONS

The description for the

component video connectors

may differ depending on the DVD

player or accessory digital source

equipment used (e.g. Y PB PR; R-

Y/B-Y/Y; Cr/Cb/Y, etc.).

Although abbreviations and terms

may vary, the letters “B” and “R”

stand for the blue and red color

component signal connectors and

“Y” indicates the luminance

signal. Refer to your DVD or

digital accessory Owner’s Manual

for definitions and connection

details.

Note: A variety of Picture, Sound, and Input adjustment Menu controls are available for use within the DVD Input Source mode. These control feature items can assist in the setup of optimum format and viewing levels when using the DPTV with an external accessory DVD player.

Just press the Menu (or ok) button on the remote when in the DVD Source mode to display the

list of on screen controls. Then

use the Menu buttons to adjust the individual controls as desired.
