RECORDER

1.Connect the RF antenna cable 1 of the RF IN socket of your other AV device.

2.Connect the RF output of the AV device to the RF input of the recorder 2.

3.Connect another RF cable 4 from the output OUT of your recorder to the TV’s input

CABLE/ANTENNA 75 Ω x jack.

4.To obtain better quality, also connect the Video,Audio left and Audio right cables of both devices to

AV1 or AV2 (VIDEO, AUDIO L and R,) 3 and 5.

5.Select the equipment you have connected in the Setup menu, Select your source, p. 22 and link them to the AV connectors you have connected your equipment to.

Notes:

-cables are often color-coded to connectors. Connect red to red, white to white....

-if your recorder has an S-VHS video jack:

For improved picture quality, connect an S-video cable with the S-VIDEOinput of AV1or AV2 and connect the audio cables to the AUDIO L and R input jacks of AV1or AV2.

When using the S-VIDEOconnector do not connect any device to the AV1or AV2 VIDEO jack;

-in case of mono equipment, only the left loudspeaker reproduces sound.

Use a mono to stereo adapter (not supplied) for sound reproduction via all internal loudspeakers.
