Launches the picture menu.

Launches the sound menu.

r +/- (Volume +/-) Increases or decreases volume.

sTITLE MENU / BACK

Disc mode: Accesses the title menu of a DVD disc.

TV mode: Returns to previous screen or channel.

tDISC MENU / BROWSE

Disc mode: Accesses or exits the disc menu.

TV mode: Switches between channel grid and programme list.

uREPEAT A-B (for disc playback only) Marks two points within a chapter or track for repeat play, or turns off repeat mode.

vREPEAT / DEMO

Selects or turns off repeat mode.

Toggles the demonstration menu on or off. (Available on certain models only)

wColour buttons Selects tasks or options.

xTV

Accesses the TV channels.

ySUBTITLE

Disc mode: Selects available subtitle languages.

TV mode: Displays subtitle. (Available for RF Digital TV only)

Remote control usage

When using the remote control, hold it close to the TV and point it at the remote control sensor. Make sure that the line-of-sight between the remote control and TV is not blocked by furniture, walls or other objects.
