Automatically turn on the TV from standby

Wake-up timer switches on the TV from standby.

Activate the timer

1 Press MENU.

2 Select [Features] > [Timer] > [Wake up timer].

Turn off timer	Once...
Turn off time	1 1 : 1 1

3 Press or to select [Once] or [Daily].

Note

Select [Off] to disable this function.

4 Select [Wake up time].

5 Press , , or the number buttons to enter the time at which you want the TV to turn on from standby.

6 Select [Wake up channel].

7 Press , , or the number buttons to enter the number of the channel to wake up on.

Use parental control

You can set a PIN code and restrict access to the TV in the following ways:

•prevent access to certain channels and/or permanent devices

•prevent modification of sleep and wake-up timers

•prevent access to the installation menu to prevent any channels from being set up without your consent

Define a PIN code

1 Press MENU.

2 Select [Features] > [Parental Control] > [PIN code].

3 Press OK.

Enter new PIN code

4 Press the number buttons to enter your four-digit code.The numbers are replaced by asterisks on screen.

5 Key in the code again to confirm it.

Reset your PIN code

1 Press MENU.

2 Select [Features] > [Parental Control].

3 Press the number buttons to enter your four-digit code.The numbers are replaced by asterisks on screen.

»The [Parental control] menu appears.

4 Select [Pin code].
