•Turn the vehicle over so that it rests on the handlebar.
•Position the front wheel assembly with the flat side toward the front end of the vehicle. Fit the front wheel assembly onto the frame posts.
•Fit the end of the steering column through the hole in the front axle.

•Fit the steering column and the handlebar connector on the handlebar assembly down through the large hole in the vehicle.
•Fit the handlebar connector back through the square slot in the vehicle.
