IMPORTANT! Use only a Power Wheels® 6 volt battery with
at least 18 hours using the enclosed Power Wheels® Super 6 volt charger before operating your vehicle for the first time. Charge the battery for at least 14 hours after each use of the vehicle. Never charge the battery longer than 30 hours. Failure to follow these instructions may damage your battery and will void your warranty.
Hood

•Using a slotted screwdriver, turn each lock fastener 1/4 turn to the
unlocked position.
•Lift the hood to access the battery compartment.

•Slide the battery retainer open.
•Place the battery in the battery compartment and release the battery retainer.

• Plug the battery connector into the motor harness connector.
Note: If the battery connector will not plug into the motor harness connector, turn it over and try again! Do not force the battery connector into the motor harness connector.

•Lower the hood on the vehicle. Using a slotted screwdriver, turn
each lock fastener 1/4 turn to the locked position.
IMPORTANT! Remember to keep the lock fasteners locked at all times to prevent children from accessing the battery compartment.
