product. Please fill out the registration card and drop it in the mail so that we will know who you are if you ever need to call. Troubleshooting

Symptom: Terminal cannot communicate through the serial cable.

Possible Cause	Action
The serial cable is not connected	Check to make sure that the serial cable is
properly.	connected to the cradle and to the host
	computer correctly.

The terminal is not fully seated in the	Remove and re-insert the terminal into the
