HotSync with a Remote Location

To HotSync your terminal with data at a remote location, follow these simple steps:

Connect one RJ-11 end of the included telephone cord into a standard analog telephone wall jack.

Connect the other RJ- 11 end to the “Line- In” jack on the back of the PS6S1800M cradle.

If you plan to share your telephone line for voice communications, connect the RJ-11 end of the analog telephone cord that “used to be in the

wall” (before step above) into the “Line- Out” jack on the back of the cradle.

Set the Modem/Serial switch to Modem for modem operations.
