Pull 2 button clips out of shield and remove pad (fig. a).

Reverse above steps for replacing pads.

Removing Overhead Shield Pad:

Pull the (3)- 2 button clips out of shield and remove pad

For Overhead shield model:

• Pull seat pad off.

• Pull seat pad up over harness straps leaving harness straps in car seat.

For 5-Point harness system:

• Unhook harness tie and remove from harness straps.

1 Unhook “J” hooks from car seat shell.

2 Remove harness straps from Harness plate.

3 Pull harness straps out of harness slots.

4 Press red button to release tongue(s).
