Sound is recorded from the internal stereo microphone on the top of the camcorder. Take

care that this microphone is not blocked.

Before recording an important video and photo, make sure to test the recording function to check if there is any problem with the audio

and video recording.

 

 

 

 

You cannot use a locked memory card for recording. You will see a message saying recording is disabled due to the lock.

 

You can switch the play mode to the record mode by pressing the Recording start/stop (

), Photo ( ), Play (

) or

Back (

) button.

 

 

 

 

Audio will not be recorded with the photo on the storage media.

 

 

 

 

Photo fi les recorded by your camcorder conform to the "DCF (Design rule for Camera File system)" universal standard established by the

JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association).

 

 

 

DCF is an integrated image-fi le format for digital cameras: Image fi les can be used on all digital devices conforming to DCF.

Using the Quick View function, you can view the most recently recorded video or photo image right after your recording.

Using the Quick View function, you can view the most recently recorded video or photo image right after your recording.

1.Touch the Ok button in STBY mode right after your recording.

• Shortcut menu is displayed on the LCD screen.

2.Touch the ► button to view the most recent video (or photo) you have

 

recorded.

 

 

• During a quick view, use the ▲/▼/◄/►/Ok buttons for playback

 

 

search the current fi le.

 

 

• Touch the Menu ( ) button to delete the recording which is being

 

 

played back.
