Image mode:number of images that can be stored in memory

Movie mode:duration of a video that can be stored in memory (in seconds or minutes)

After a deletion the status display updates to reflect the amount of memory by showing more storable number for still image or recordable seconds for movie. The higher resolution setting (rated by more stars) corresponds to the lower number for image storage due to the larger file size, yet containing more details.

Note:

Delete ALL is the equivalent of formatting the memory card or the internal memory. Please download all your images and videos before “deleting all”. Refer to the section “Downloading Files to Your PC” on page 14.
