TAKING A PICTURE

Note: Hold your camera steady to prevent blurriness. It is recommended to either place your camera on a flat, steady surface or mount it on a tripod.

SETTING IMAGE QUALITY

The Image Quality setting determines the amount of compression used to reduce the size of the stored image file in order to economize space in the memory.

To change the image quality:

1.When ( Q ) QUALITY SETUP is highlighted, press to enter the ( Q ) Quality Setup submenu.

2.Press or repeatedly until the desired setting is highlighted.

3.Press the OK button to select the Quality Mode.

4.Press the MENU button to return to picture taking mode. Note: The default Quality is set at NORMAL.

SETTING IMAGE RESOLUTION

Image Resolution determines the size of a captured image. Higher resolution images contain more details and have larger file sizes.
