The H system meets professional demands for a variety of situa- tions where ﬂash is required.

It includes an integral ﬂash primarily intended for ﬁll-ﬂash use but strong enough for simple close work.

Combined with an adapter and a portable unit, H cameras can exploit the automatic features offered by Metz and other top names in the ﬁeld for powerful and reliable solutions

When in the studio, the H system is capable of providing ﬂash me- tering for maximum control and security.
