Using the Flash Signal Function

The flash signal function serves to indicate your position in the sea when resurfacing from under water.

1Turn ON the S8-104's power switch.

2Slide the function selector to the Test position ~ and hold it down for about fou r seconds.

I -From the second firing , the flash will repeat firing at 1/32 output about every two seconds.

- A fullY'chargedNiCd battery will let the 8B·104 continue firing in this mode about 3000 times (about one and a half hours).

3Turn OFF the power switch to stop.
