Setting Video Out

Video Out is a regional setting that lets you connect to a television or other external device (see page 55).

1Press the Menu button.

2 Press

to highlight Setup Menu

, then press the OK button.

3 Press

to highlight Video Out

, then press the OK button.

 

4 Press

to highlight an option:

NTSC (default)—used in most countries except those in Europe and China. North America and Japan use NTSC.

PAL—used in Europe and China.

5Press the OK button to accept the change.

6Press the Menu button to exit the menu. This setting remains until you change it.

Selecting a Language

You can display menus and screen messages in different languages.

1Press the Menu button.

2Press to highlight Setup Menu , then press the OK button.

3Press to highlight Language , then press the OK button.

4Highlight an option, then press the OK button.

5Press the Menu button to exit the menu.

Text is displayed in the selected language. This setting remains until you change it.
