Connection with Netcam(W) is cut during rebooting.Close Internet Explorer, and access the Internet again after 1 minute. You can download the latest version of software from the Samsung Electronics Website (http://www.samsung.com).

-You have to separate wired from wireless models before updating.

File name of a wired model: system - l - *, web- l - * / File name of a wireless model: system - w - *, web- w - *

-Do not update any file that you have changed its extension to a system or web format at your own. Otherwise it will cause a serious damage to the system.

-Just click Skip if updating a system or web file is not necessary.
