TROUBLESHOOTING

Refer to the symptoms and solutions listed below before sending the ViviCam 3105s for repairs. If the problem persists, contact your local reseller or service center.

Symptom

The power does not come on.

The power cuts out during use.

The batteries run out quickly.

The batteries or ViviCam 3105s feels warm.

Cause

The batteries are not loaded. The batteries are exhausted.

The ViviCam 3105s was left unattended and unused, so the auto power off cuts it off.

The batteries are exhausted.

It is being used in extreme low temperature.

Many shots are being captured in dark places inside, requiring flash.

Long period of continuous use of the ViviCam 3105s or the flash.

Solution

Load the batteries correctly. Replace with a new set of batteries.

Turn the power back on.

Replace with a new set of batteries.
