P. COUNTER (PICTURE COUNTER)
The Picture Counter can count the number of images already taken (count up) or available to be saved onto memory (count down). You can select "Up" or "Down".
SHOW TIME
You can choose to display either the "Home Time" (default) or "World Time" on your camera.
LANGUAGE
Choose your menu language: English (default), French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
VIDEO OUT
If connecting the camera to a TV, you can set the camera's video output system to either the "PAL" or "NTSC" standards. The default video out setting is set to PAL.
BEEP TONE
The camera will make "beeping" sounds during certain functions. This "beeping" sound can be turned "On" (default) or "Off."
FILE NUMBER
Your camera keeps an internal file counter for every image and movie taken. This number can be reset. The setting options are "Continue" (default) and "New".
All files are stored within a designated folder.
•Under the "Continue" option, the internal file counter is first set to "0001". Every subsequent picture is assigned an incremental File Number.
•Under the "New" option, the internal file counter to "0001" for new media only. However, in case there are image files already present inside the storage media, it will start counting from the highest file number of the media.
