Combining Images and Recording Them onto a Tape (Title Mix)

Combine a title image recorded on a memory card with camcorder recordings. You can change the color of a title and adjust the mix level.

Creating a Title Image

• Speedlite and video light cannot be used when creating a title.

TAPE + CAMERA

TITLE MIX

( 20)

1.Insert a memory card into the camcorder.

2.Slide the POWER switch to CAMERA and the TAPE/CARD switch to TAPE.

3.Open the menu and select \ TITLE MIX.

The title mix menu appears.

4.Select \ CREATE TITLE.

The CREATE TITLE menu appears.

5.Press the PHOTO button halfway.

F flashes white and turns green and glows steady.

6.Press the PHOTO button fully.

F disappears and the camcorder records the title.

Selecting the Color

1.Select COLOR SELECT from the CREATE TITLE menu.

2.Select the color by pulling the SELECT dial up or down.

3.Press the SELECT dial in.

Adjusting the Mix Level

1.Select MIX LEVEL from the CREATE TITLE menu.

2.Adjust the mix level by pulling the SELECT dial up or down.

3.Press the SELECT dial in.

Recording the Title Image onto the Memory Card

• You have to record the title onto the memory card in order to use the title mix function.

1.Select RECORD from the CREATE TITLE menu.

2.Press the SELECT dial in.

• The camcorder records the title onto the memory card.

Note:

Title images may be assigned the same file number depending on the color selection.
