Charging the Battery Pack NB-5H

1.Connect the power cord to the compact power adapter and plug it into a power outlet.

2.Place the battery pack into the socket of the compact power adapter (Fig. 1).

Charging Indicator

To AC Power Outlet

While charging, the charging indicator on the compact power adapter will flash green. Once the battery pack has charged, the indicator will remain lit.

A fully depleted battery pack will require approximately 90 minutes to charge fully

(based on Canon’s standard testing method).

Unplug the compact power adapter from the power outlet after charging and when the unit is not in use.
