In a similar fashion, you may elect to have the preamplifier (and the entire sys- tem, if Linked) go into standby after a certain period of time, much like a “Sleep Timer” on many alarm clocks. To engage the standby timer on the Nº380:

1.PRESS AND HOLD THE STANDBY BUTTON UNTIL THE DISPLAY READS TIME OFF.

2.TURN THE VOLUME KNOB TO SELECT A TIME BETWEEN 1 AND 120 MIN- UTES.

An example might be: TIME 60 would turn off the system in an hour.

3.THE DISPLAY WILL NOW TIME OUT AND RETURN TO NORMAL

The preamp (or entire Linked system) will go into standby at the appointed time one time only (so you don’t have to live with the product turning itself off every 60 minutes thereafter…).
