Troubleshooting

Problem

This unit cannot be turned on.

This unit does not stay on long enough.

Battery runs down quickly.

Battery is swollen.

Check points

Charge the battery again to ensure it is sufficiently charged. (l 13)

In cold places, the battery using time becomes shorter.

The battery has a limited life. If the operating time is still too short even after the battery is fully charged, the battery has worn out and needs to be replaced.

The lithium-ion battery used in this unit may swell after being charged/ discharged many times, but there is no problem regarding safety.

Continued use in such a state may result in the battery getting jammed, so please stop using the battery, and purchase a new one.
