Putting the Program Type in the Preset button memory and calling it up quickly.

Presetting the Program Type

1Select the Program Type to preset Refer to <PTY (Program Type)> (page 23).

2Preset the Program Type

Press the desired [1] — [6] button for at least 2 seconds.

Calling up the preset Program Type

1Enter PTY mode

Refer to <PTY (Program Type)> (page 23).

2Call up the Program Type

Press the desired [1] — [6] button.

4Exit Changing Language mode Press the [SCRL] button.

Changing Language for PTY Function

Selecting the Program Type display language.

1Enter PTY mode

Refer to <PTY (Program Type)> (page 23).

2Enter Changing Language mode Press the [SCRL] button.

3Select the language

Press the [FM] or [AM] button.

Each time the button is pressed the language switches as shown below.
