Damages resulting from loss of use, loss of data, loss of time or inconvenience, cost of temporary replacement unit or spares, property damage caused by this unit or its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential damages

Damage caused by installation/operating software which may or may not be supplied with the product is not covered by this Limited Warranty. Separate End-User License Agreement provisions and restrictions apply.

Customer’s acceptance of Pacific Digital’s RMA number reflects acceptance to the terms and conditions of Pacific Digital's Warranty and Return Policy, as set by Pacific Digital. All requests for RMA numbers must include product serial numbers and proof of purchase. Customer agrees to assume shipping charges on return shipments to Pacific Digital and Pacific Digital agrees to assume shipping charges back to customer. All returns are for repair or replacement at Pacific Digital's discretion. There are no returns for credit or refunds. This warranty excludes defects or damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Pacific Digital Corporation be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages whether in contract, tort, or negligence.
